Terms and Conditions

Ordering:

At Allround Music, it is possible to order goods online for delivery throughout Denmark, to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, to private individuals, companies, and public institutions. Allround Music has both a physical store located at Kjeldsmarkvej 2, Struer, and a webshop. The goods sold on the webshop are new but may have been opened and may have been displayed and tested in the store in the same way that you are entitled to test the item at home.
All prices include VAT. The prices are daily prices.
Allround Music is Danish, therefore all agreements are entered into in Danish.
Sales to children and young people under 18 years can only be made by parents or others who legally can act on behalf of the child or the young person.

How to shop with us:

To make a purchase at Allround Music, you must go through 6 steps.
1. Find the item or items you wish and add them to the shopping cart, then go to the shopping cart.
2. Enter your personal information, and choose shipping/payment method.
3. Accept our terms and conditions
4. Check that all information is correct and approve the purchase
5. Make the payment
6. Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Likewise, you will receive an email when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you lose your order confirmation, you can always contact us at info@allround-music.dk and we will send a new order confirmation to you.

Payment:

Here in our webshop, you can pay with:
- Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa-Electron (0,- DKK in fee)
- Electronic invoice to public institutions (with EAN number)
- Bank transfer (Bank transfer is not covered by the objection scheme)

When paying with a credit card, the payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.
Your credit card information is sent encrypted with the so-called SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. Therefore, you can shop with us completely safely and securely.


Financing with SparExpress
We also offer financing with SparExpress.

If you have chosen financing with SparExpress, and you regret your agreement, then your financing agreement also automatically lapses.


Delivery throughout Denmark:

We have several fixed low shipping rates from 59.00 DKK regardless of weight, for orders over 1,499.00 DKK the shipping is free. However, not if the package weighs over 20kg.
The delivery time for the whole of Denmark is just 1-2 business days on stock items, from you placing your order, until you receive it by mail. We would like to point out that a stock item, against all expectations, can be sold out. If this is the case, you will be contacted about it as soon as possible, but this is very very rare.
If you order before 4.00 pm on weekdays, your order will be dispatched the same day.
Your order will be delivered by Post Denmark and GLS – however, large/heavy items are delivered on a pallet by a freight forwarder from Transportgruppen. It will be stated under the product description if an item is delivered by freight forwarder.

 

Pick-up:
When ordering in the webshop, you can also choose that you wish to pick up your order directly from us in our store, which is located at: Kjeldsmarkvej 2, 7600 Struer. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email. See opening hours on our website.

 

Sales to the Faroe Islands and Greenland:
It is possible to order to the Faroe Islands and Greenland via email at info@allround-music.dk. We send the goods VAT-free to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but the shipping will be higher.

 

Sale to public institutions:

If you wish to order for a public institution, you can place your order normally via the webshop - you just have to choose the customer type: Public institution. Your order will then be sent on credit, and you will receive an electronic invoice (EAN).
It is also possible for music schools, private schools, etc., to receive credit - here the order must be sent to info@allround-musik.dk
 

Right of cancellation and exchange:

As a consumer, you have 14 days of cancellation right when you shop with us. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several batches or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part.

If it is a matter of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@allround-musik.dk or use our return form, which can be downloaded by clicking here: RETURN FORM.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also informing us.

 

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have bought several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even though they were bought in one order.

Note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

 

Returning

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You will have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

Some items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies, for example, to very large items or orders.

The costs of returning these items are expected to be at most: 2,500 DKK. 

 

No right of cancellation
These agreements cannot be cancelled: 

Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clearly personal touch,

Condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will only be refunded part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may possibly lead to a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation for having returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by informing us and delivering it personally at the above address, by prior arrangement. 

 

Warranty:

Allround Musik provides a 2-year warranty according to the Sales of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects identified during the product's normal use. The warranty does not cover errors, damages, or wear and tear directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be identified during a normal inspection of the item must be notified to Allround Musik within a reasonable time. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

The item can subsequently be sent or delivered for repair or exchange to our address. Remember to include a copy of the receipt and a message about what is wrong with the item. Our address is: Allround Musik, Kjeldsmarkvej 2, 7600 Struer

If we have received an item from you due to cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will provide information about the further process in connection with the handling of your cancellation/complaint.

You have the option to complain to the Consumer Complaints Board when you shop with us.

 

Right to complain
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you should contact info@allround-musik.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the House of Boards, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via The Complaint Portal of the House of Boards.

To file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy:

When ordering, your name, address, phone number, and email address must be provided. These details are needed for the delivery of your order as well as for sending order confirmation and delivery status.
No personal information registered on Allround Musik is at any time, sold to third parties. All information is transmitted or stored unencrypted but is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Allround Musik.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. 

Personal information is registered with Allround Musik and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

You have the right to be informed about the information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This can be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. Secure payment:
In connection with payment by credit card, a secure encrypted method is used through an approved webshop system, so all payment data is only sent via a secure line, and never stored with us.

 

Cookies/log statistics:

Cookies are used on Allround Musik. These are primarily used to store which items you have ordered. It is therefore important that you have enabled cookies in your browser when you shop on Allround Musik

You can always delete stored cookies on your computer again.

Log statistics are used on Allround Musik, meaning that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors our website has had, where they come from, and where they leave the website, etc. On Allround Musik, log statistics are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionalities.

 

Manuals:

If a manual is included with a product, it will be indicated if it is written in Danish. If not, it will normally be in English (some also in other languages) – this will often also be indicated in the product text.

It is possible to voluntarily sign up for our email newsletter. This is not something we do without your choice. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you can always easily unsubscribe again.
