If you wish to return an item, please do the following:
1) Download and print return form |
2) Fill out the return form. |
3) Pack the items and include the return form. |
4) Send the package. |

You are responsible for, and must pay for return shipping yourself. We recommend that you return with GLS. You can order a GLS return label from us - Purchase GLS return label at Shipmondo here
It is not possible to personally deliver return items at the address.
Returning items:
- Do NOT write on the packaging.
- Use ONLY clear tape on the packaging.
- The sales packaging must be packed before you send the item.
- The item must be received by us so it can be sold again as a new item.
- When you return to us, it is important that the original packaging is intact.
- Remember to include a return form or a copy of the order confirmation
If you damage, write on, or lose the packaging, it is a depreciation of the item's value and therefore there will be a deduction in the price when returning your items.
At a minimum, DKK 200,- will be deducted from the price of an item if the original packaging is damaged, or up to 40% of the item's price if, for example, it is returned without original packaging.
So it is important to pack the item, with the original packaging, well - either in a cardboard box or with bubble wrap, if you wish to return an item.
Only clear tape may be used on the original packaging!
Any accompanying software must not have been activated or the seal broken. In short, items must always be returned and received by us in at least the same condition as when they were sent from here. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that the item is properly packaged.
We do not accept packages sent COD or sent to a post office or parcel shop.
Items without a right of return include: special order items, items cut to size, pickups, in-ear headphones, software, and products that cannot be sold again after opening.
Refund:
You will be refunded the amount you paid to Allround Musik for the purchase as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the item.
NOTE:
We ALWAYS check our returned items and you may lose your purchase amount fully or partially if the value of the item has been reduced because one or more of the following conditions apply:
- You have actually used the item.
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have not followed the limitations on the right of withdrawal that follow from sealing, type of goods, etc.
- The packaging, which is also considered part of the item, is damaged, and/or the item shows signs of having been opened, and cannot be packed down and sold again as a new item.
- Business customers, EAN and public customers have no right of return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
