Burma Padauk
INSTRUMENT
We recommend Burma Padauk for acoustic guitars and archtop jazz guitars.
TONE
Burma Padauk is exceptional in that it is relatively hard, unlike its Indian Padauk counterpart. It has a tight grain and polishes extremely well, meaning it adds clean, crisp, and articulate tones to most acoustic guitars.
DESIGN
Timber Tones picks are CNC-machined from the highest quality wood, then hand-sanded and hand-polished to achieve their exceptional sheen and smooth finish. The unique Timber Tones shape is loosely based on the classic 351 design, but they are 2.4 mm thick where you hold them and bevelled down to 0.7 mm at the playing tip.
