Ok, so you have eight effect pedals that you use frequently. You use different combinations of these pedals for different songs. You've seen the digital effects controllers that they use on stage and you've secretly longed to get one. That's where the Octa-Switch MK3 comes in.
To set up Octa-Switch MK3, connect up to eight pedals and amplifiers to the appropriate inputs/outputs on the back of the pedal. The pedals can be in a specific order you prefer, or you can follow the general rule of 1-8 of compression, overdrive and modulation. Then by turning on or off the numbered switches in each of the eight DIP Bank switches, you determine which effects you want to use simultaneously in each bank.
