Takamine GD74CE-12U – 12-String Acoustic Guitar

The GD74CE-12U is a 12-string dreadnought acoustic guitar with a cutaway, specifically designed for unison tuning, delivering a broader, richer sound than a standard 6-string without the octave doubling.

The guitar features maple back and sides paired with a solid spruce top, a combination that produces a clear and focused tone across the low and high ranges while reducing feedback—ideal for live performance. The maple neck is reinforced to handle the higher string tension, and the laurel fingerboard measures 47.5 mm at the nut, providing comfortable playability.

Equipped with Takamine’s TP-3G preamp, this guitar offers a 3-band EQ and built-in tuner, making it performance-ready for both stage and studio.
