Stringsite.com's classic/Spanish strings are Silver Wound/Nylon. This means that the three bass strings (top) consist of thin composite wire wound with silver-plated copper wire. The bottom three strings are made of Crystal Nylon, which gives a clear tone and perfect intonation.
Plain End Strings are the ones that are normally attached to the guitar when you buy it. These should be tied down at the bridge of the guitar.
Ball End Strings have a small ball attached to one end. This ball makes string changes work in the same way as on an electric guitar, so there's no need to tie a knot. Simply pass the string through the hole in the bridge and the ball does the rest.
