ETB92 Black Nylon Tapewound combines warmth, deep tone, and an ultra-smooth feel. The string is ground and polished, delivering a deep, focused vintage tone or a sound reminiscent of an upright bass. It is especially well suited for fretless basses.
Like all other D’Addario string sets, they are packaged in a corrosion-resistant sealed pouch that keeps them as fresh as the day they left the factory.

Which string length (scale) should I choose? Most electric basses are Long Scale, but there are of course exceptions.
Measure along the bass side when the string is at pitch, from the inner side of the ball end to the top nut.
• Short Scale: up to 32"
• Medium Scale: 32" up to 34"
• Long Scale: 34" up to 36"
• Super Long: 36" up to 38"
