    With the Venice 2, Thornton expands its range of professional speakers with an active model that offers the same build quality and design as their best-selling active speakers, while delivering superior performance and sound characteristics. Designed for professional audio needs.

    This third-generation active speaker from Thornton delivers nearly 14% more continuous power than the Thornton TN15 and boasts a maximum output almost three times that of the next model in the series. This means the Venice 2 provides ample power headroom, capable of delivering higher sound pressure levels—making it ideal for larger events and venues.

    The Thornton Venice 2 delivers a full 400 watts (2000W peak) through its powerful 15-inch woofer and 1.75-inch titanium tweeter. Constructed from robust plastic, the speaker is fully capable of outdoor use. Thanks to its light weight and dual handles, it is easy to transport. It can function as a main front-of-house speaker or be laid on its side for use as a stage monitor.

    A dedicated microphone/instrument input allows the Venice 2 to serve as a standalone speaker for smaller events, with 2-band tone controls for sound shaping, while a Mix Out XLR output enables daisy-chaining multiple active speakers.
