Epiphone SG Custom Alpine White

Part of the Inspired by Gibson collection, the Epiphone SG Custom has been refreshed and is better than ever. The legendary SG™ has long been a favorite among musicians across a wide range of genres. Like the Les Paul Custom, which Les Paul himself envisioned as a more upscale “tuxedo” version of his iconic solidbody guitar, the SG Custom features the premium appointments that define all Custom models.

The Epiphone SG Custom features a contoured double-cutaway mahogany body that provides excellent access to all 22 frets. The glued-in mahogany neck enhances the model’s renowned sustain. The neck has a 1960 Slim Taper C profile that is not quite as thin as some Slim Taper profiles, yet still feels fast and comfortable to play.

The bound ebony fretboard is fitted with 22 medium jumbo frets and adorned with Custom pearloid block inlays. Its 12” radius offers excellent comfort for both first-position chords and string bends higher up the neck without the risk of fretting out.

The guitar is equipped with gold hardware throughout, including gold inserts on the black Top Hat control knobs. The bound headstock features Grover® Mini Rotomatic® tuning machines and is decorated with the Epiphone logo and a Custom Split Diamond inlay in mother of pearl.

The Grover tuners, Graph Tech™ nut, and fully adjustable Epiphone LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece work together to ensure excellent tuning stability and accurate intonation.

The Epiphone SG Custom is equipped with a pair of Epiphone ProBucker™ Custom humbuckers that deliver the classic SG tones players expect. Each pickup has its own dedicated volume and tone controls, along with a 3-way pickup selector switch, allowing you to use each pickup individually or blend them to suit your playing style and musical needs.
