The PRS SE A40E combines ovangkol back and sides with a solid spruce top for a rich, lush tone. Paired with PRS’s hybrid “X”/classical bracing, which allows the top to vibrate freely, the SE A40E projects its sound with impressive volume and delicate nuance. The Angelus Cutaway body shape offers excellent comfort and playability, making it well-suited for both picking and fingerstyle playing.
When plugged in, the Fishman GT1 pickup system delivers a dynamic, organic tone, allowing players to easily take the guitar from practice to the stage. This electronics system features an undersaddle pickup and a soundhole-mounted preamp with easy-to-access volume and tone controls.
