PRS’s 85/15 "S" pickups deliver headroom and clarity that complement the body’s resonance, resulting in a full and balanced tone.
The newly designed LR Baggs/PRS Piezo system gives the player great flexibility, adding a more distinct acoustic tonal color to the electric sound from the pickups. Separate volume controls for each system allow blending to taste and application—either using the mix/piezo output or by using both jack outputs to send signals to separate amplifiers or DI boxes. The piezo circuit’s battery is bypassed when using the pickup output alone, preventing unnecessary battery drain.
