The B·H series is designed to deliver professional yet efficient sound reproduction for all types of users. It combines an extremely efficient Class D amplifier with aggressive sound pressure levels (up to 126.5 dB for the 15" cabinet) while maintaining highly accurate audio performance.
The new B-HYPE 12 is a versatile active speaker. It features a 1" neodymium compression driver (1" voice coil) and a 12" woofer (2" voice coil). The vertical dispersion is asymmetric, and the horizontal coverage is diversified (top and bottom), providing narrower, more efficient sound coverage and improved performance in reverberant environments.
The combination input (with selectable source type) allows easy and flexible use, suitable for both dynamic microphones and standard line-level signals. Users can enhance the low and high frequencies using the convenient DSP preset function. A balanced link output enables daisy-chaining to another speaker.
The ultra-light cabinets (ranging from 6.5 to 16.5 kg) feature a clean, modern design with a full grille that enhances portability (three handles: one on each side and one on top) and multifunctionality. Each cabinet can be used horizontally as a stage monitor (on either side) and includes a pole mount socket, allowing it to be mounted on stands or stacked on dBTechnologies subwoofers.
