The skin works well at relatively low tunings, giving a medium warm, rich and focused dark tone with a good attack. An obvious choice for schools that want a skin that is easy to tune and doesn't sound too long. A good rock skin with a good bottom.
Tip: Double layer skins should kun be used as a percussion skin, as a double layer skin with damping as a resonance skin will almost completely remove the tone of the drum. Use clear or coated single-ply bottom skins instead.
