As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. After withdrawing, you have 14 days to return the item.
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Fill out the return form.

Pack the item(s) and include the return form.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using GLS. You can purchase a GLS return label from us — Buy GLS return label from Shipmondo here.
Important:
- Personal drop-off of returns is not possible at this address.
- We do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops or PO boxes.
Return Requirements:
To ensure a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Do not write on the original packaging.
- Use only clear tape.
- The original packaging must be wrapped (in a cardboard box/bubble wrap) before shipping.
- Include the return form or a copy of your order confirmation.
- Damaged or missing packaging may result in a reduction of your refund.
- Software must not be activated, and seals must not be broken.
- We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or to parcel shops/post offices.
Refunds:
We will refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof of shipment.
Loss of Value:
You may lose all or part of the purchase amount if:
- The item has been used.
- The item is damaged while in your care.
- Seals or product-specific rules are not followed.
- The packaging is damaged or cannot be resold as new.
